The opportunity is available for a licensee to secure an exclusive area for the purpose of marketing Magic Mirror. The cost for each territory will vary, but generally will cost $12,500 for most territories. Territories will vary in size by location and desirability. Those licensees that sign up early will have the greatest selection

Magic Mirror will offer a bonus to any Territory Rep who creates a new marketing strategy that can be used company wide.

Camera: Digital camera with a minimum of 4 mega pixel

Set Up Materials: Recommended materials will give you a choice of lighting kits and backdrops with different options at various prices. You can choose which one is right for you.

Marketing: Check with local newspapers for special events coming to your area. Visit your local Chamber of Commerce and get dates for networking opportunities. Talk with friends and family about Magic Mirror and get them excited about the product. Check out major corporations in your area. Find out about school district policies for sales in the schools. Talk to professional sports teams in your territory. Visit cultural institutions and check out gift shops.

Other items will be provided in quantities as reasonably necessary as determined by Magic Mirror based on territory rep activity.

In the event that territory reps hire agents to assist in performing its duties, initial kits and other materials (other than business cards and letterhead, which will not be provided by the company) will be made available at cost.

Magic Mirror has the capability of using existing photographs or digital photographs on CDs for mirror production. Territory Reps must send CDs or existing photographs to the corporate office. Because photographs will be scanned into the computer, photos must be of good quality to be used. Photographs and CDs will be returned to the customer with the finished mirror or light box.

Special envelopes for customers' photos or CDs are provided to Territory Reps for inventory purposes. Territory Reps must have a filled out envelope accompanying each customer photo or CD.
 

Magic Mirror has a graphics designer to create custom templates for your customer. Separate custom template design forms will be included in your sales kit. There is a $35/hour fee for each custom template. Fees may be waived if 50 or more mirrors are ordered. Customers may supply their own disks and artwork

The Territory Rep is responsible for money collected from the customer. Magic Mirror payments can be collected in several ways. The company can accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Territory Reps can call in credit card sales to the corporate office or they can obtain their own credit card account. Cash and checks will be deposited in Rep's business account. Reps will remit to Magic Mirror the cost of what we charge for the manufacturing of mirrors, light boxes, and templates. Reps will send their own check to the corporate office as payment. Territory Reps will be required to pay a 10% Royalty as a percentage of their gross sales monthly. All payments will include shipping and handling charges. Reorder payments should go directly to the corporate office.

Territory Reps will send in orders and payment for Magic Mirror production as sales occur. Credit card sales will be processed as soon as they are approved. Mirrors will not be shipped out until checks have cleared.

Monthly sales reports will report all sales activities for the previous month and be sent within the first three days of the month.

For months with no sales, a monthly report sheet must still be turned in with no sales stated on the report.

Territory Reps can sell Magic Mirror to customers in unrepresented areas in their state or other states. The Territory Rep can keep those customers after that area is assigned to someone else.

The Magic Mirror Company supports non profit organizations providing services for all members of the community. Any 501(C)3 organization can participate in our program. Magic Mirror will donate 10% of the gross sales back to the sponsoring group. Each Territorial Rep can add to that donation.

Non profit groups will be asked to fill out a donation form and supply a copy of their non profit designation letter.

Funds will be mailed to the group after all monies for sales have been collected. Magic Mirror will need a receipt on the organization's letterhead for tax purposes.
